In this episode, Tim and Jess get to catch-up with a BibRave Podcast fav - ultrarunner and AfterShokz athlete, Ian Sharman. We hear about his latest bout with injury, an Achilles issue that forced him to sit-out UTMB. Ian shares some level-headed advice and perspective on how to approach injury as a runner - focus on the positive, focus on what’s controllable. The conversation then dives deep into how we as athletes can continue pushing ourselves with new challenges - especially when injured. The trio then ends by discussing the different ways to find inspiration, including a nod to another BibRave podcast guest fav - Mike Wardian!

This week’s episode is also brought to you by our friends at Zwift. Make sure to join Team BibRave on Turn It Up Tuesdays - a group run that features structured workouts, fun training, and loads of FUN! 🙌
