This week Tim and Jessica interview Sarah Ratzlaff, formerly of runDisney and now the owner of the ZOOMA Women’s Race Series! The episode kicks off with the typical BibRave breakfast talk, which dovetails into a conversation about all things coffee… what to drink, mugs, you name it. Sarah then shares how she entered the industry of running through an internship at Disney Sports - the role that eventually evolved into one where she helped develop runDisney into the iconic brand and event series it is today.

For the past two years, Sarah has taken on a new and exciting project as owner of the ZOOMA Women’s Race Series. She shares what it means to own the ZOOMA brand, how she approaches taking risks, and what she is looking to achieve in establishing ZOOMA’s identity.
