This week’s episode of The BibRave Podcast features an interview with special guest, Roxanne Vogel! Roxanne is a Nutrition and Performance Research Manager at GU Energy Labs, a Brooks Running Trail Athlete, and one hell of an adventurer.

Voting is officially open for The BibRave100! Vote today for your favorite distance category races before August 31st. 🎉 We can’t wait to see who comes out on top!

Because Roxanne is a sports nutrition expert, Tim and Jess talk a lot about nutrition with her. They discuss the strengths and weaknesses of many different diets and eating styles, inflammation, and eating for a healthy brain. The trio also dives into the pros and cons of body composition testing, what the best tools are for measuring body composition, and of course, they talk about food - lots and lots of food, with particular attention being paid to kimchi and the benefits of probiotics.
