This week’s episode of The BibRave Podcast features a timely conversation about running technology with Tim, Jess, and Andy! After the recent Garmin Connect crisis and subsequent Strava blackout, runners everywhere were forced to look inward and consider how out of character their reliance on running tech had become.

In our episode, the trio discusses the technological items (hardware and software) that come with them on every run, and how much “control” these tech devices have over their running lives. Some runners are more data-driven than others, but when you consider music streaming apps, audiobooks, podcasts, and headphones, most runners are pretty reliant on a wide array of “tech” to power their runs. And if we’re not careful, those devices and apps can start to play an outsized role in our daily miles!
