Buckle up, we’ve got a great episode of The BibRave Podcast for you this week! In Episode 212, Tim and Jess are talking with a man who needs no introduction, THE Ryan Hall

You likely know Ryan as the American record holder in the Half Marathon (59:43 👀), as well as the only American runner to break 2:05 in the Marathon (2:04:58 😳)! But if you’ve been following his IG since 2016 when he retired from professional running, you know that he’s been on quite the bodybuilding journey.

Tim, Jess, and Ryan talk a lot about diet and weight training - the pros and cons of heavy weight training, what works for Ryan, and some of the crazy numbers behind his bulk. They also chat about Ryan’s (potentially crazy) decision to run his first Ultra Marathon! Ryan has only run about five times in 2020, and he’s going to be basically running in a totally new body, so this race is sure to be interesting at the very least!
