We’re excited to bring you another episode of The BibRave Podcast! This week, we talk with Brenda Martinez, an American track and field athlete who specializes in middle distance races like the 800 and 1500 meters. Brenda has been struggling with injuries for the past three years, so Tim and Jess were excited to see how she’s doing in the run-up to the 2020/2021 Olympic games.

In addition to inspiring the hell out of us with her on-track performances (defying adversity and qualifying for the Olympics after getting tripped in her main event), Brenda also hosts an amazing training camp to empower young athletes called BMART Camp. Tim and Jess talk with Brenda about the camp, how it started, and why it’s so important to her. And of course, the trio obviously geeks out over plenty of coffee, journaling, and gear talk. 😉
