Such a fun interview in this episode of The BibRave Podcast! Tim and Jess talk with Mikah Meyer who - in case you missed his 3-year, world record road trip to all 419 U.S. National Park Service sites - was also the first openly gay man featured in an Outdoors Recreation Campaign (which he did with REI).

The three talk about Mikah’s experience traveling across the country to all of the National Parks and also running across Mississippi and Minnesota. Mikah shares his passion for making the outdoors a safe space for everyone, and why certain groups feel excluded or worse when the environment isn’t clearly welcoming for all.

Have you ever had to worry about whether or not it was safe to hold your loved one’s hand in a park or on a trail? Mikah has and he’s made it his life’s work to erase that worry for others.
