Episode 33, y'all!

This week, Tim and Julia throw a salad bowl of topics at you, discussing a ton of random things that caught their eye over the past week. Some are running related, some not, and some totally out of left field.

Big subjects are Julia's successful Shamrock Run in Portland this past weekend, the "sub 2-hour attempt" and our thoughts on how legit or useful that is, vibrating foam rollers, hilarious (and infuriating) videos, and some purchases we're excited about (or considering).

Have a listen, and enjoy!

Show Notes:

For those digging the sweet ukulele intro music, that comes to us from the talented musician and running coach, Matt Flaherty. Check out his site for more audio goodness!
