On this week’s episode of The BibRave Podcast, Tim and Jess chat with one of their favorite people in running and author of the new book Race Everything, “The Mayor of Running,” Bart Yasso. (you may remember Bart from Episode #9)

The three talk about Bart’s new book and why “starting lines” are so important to ALL runners, especially when it comes to exploring new distances, events, places, and people.

They also discuss Bart’s storied career (and approaching retirement), and how he’s witnessed the power of running transform lives, communities, gender roles, and lifestyles. It’s another great conversation with one of the nicest and most interesting people in running.
