Welcome back for Episode 75 of The BibRave Podcast! Make sure to check us out on Spotify - streaming all your favorite episodes from Team BibRave.

We go back to The BibRave Podcast roots this week, featuring the original hosts - Julia and Tim!

After a brief check in regarding Julia’s training and Tim’s Tokyo prep - along with Tim’s new coach reveal - the two discuss the benefits (and necessity) of patience. They discuss how important having patience can be to one’s daily life, personally and professionally, and they obviously tie it back into becoming a better runner. Some really good self-improvement nuggets in this section.

They close out the show talking about a cool “Habits Challenge” that Julia recently started with her boyfriend, Dylan. The two set up a neat system of goals, tasks, reminders, and a scoring system to develop better habits and keep themselves accountable along the way. Some solid techniques and ideas to take away from here!

Show Notes:

For those digging the sweet ukulele intro music, that comes to us from the talented musician and running coach, Matt Flaherty. Check out his site for more audio goodness!
