We’re excited to share Episode 126 of The BibRave Podcast with special thanks to our sponsors, the Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon - remember to use code bibravepodcast19 to save $10 on sign-up!

In this week’s episode, we feature a conversation that Tim and Jess have with Erin Strout - writer for Runner’s World and Outside Online - with a focus on the many topics Erin has written through the years on women and running.

We start out talking about the success of American elite endurance athletes, how their training has evolved through the years, and their keys to success. We then explore some topics relevant to us everyday runners, raising awareness of issues women face on the run. We then end with a look at 2019 - key issues that will continue to get more focus in the year ahead and what’s next on Erin’s running calendar.

As always, you can find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram! And, if you enjoyed this episode (or any other episode) we would love it if you could leave us a review on iTunes! And… Happy New Year!
