Today we bring you Episode 148 of The BibRave Podcast. This week, Tim and Jessica welcome Andy back to the podcast to talk about Jessica’s latest race and Team BibRave’s Run Streak and fasting adventures.

Jessica starts with a recap of her Utah Valley Half Marathon race - a relaxed PR attempt and her experience running at altitude. The trio then shares their personal experience participating in The BibRave Run Streak in May. It was everyone’s first time attempt at a run streak, and each host brings a different perspective about their struggles. They end by sharing details around some different nutritional experiments - five Team BibRave members recently participated in a 48-hour fast. Tim, Jess, and Andy discuss what they liked, and didn’t like, about the experience and how it changed their perspective on food and nutrition.
