This week Tim, Jess, and Andy chat all things quarantine and answer a few listener-submitted questions!

Spring has finally sprung and one of the only things to do right now is to get outdoors (at a safe distance, of course), and we know you’ll need some shades! Knockaround has you covered with stylish, affordable, durable, and fun-colored sunnies. Click here and use code “BibRaveKnockcast" for 20% OFF entire order (one use per customer)!

Before we dive into the episode, Tim, Jess, and Andy share details about a new BibRave initiative that has gathered over 80 partners across the industry to call on YOU - the runners - to reach out to new runners to provide advice, tips, and insight on how to keep running. Countless people are running more than ever due to gym and studio closures, and we want to welcome them with virtual open arms! Learn more about it here and follow #ReleasetheRunner to hear people’s stories!

Now, back into the main interview! To kick off this week’s episode the trio does a quick quarantine check-in and discuss the latest topics from the #ReleasetheRunner campaign, which this week covers overcoming barriers. They then take on some listener-submitted questions, including an overview of the biggest obstacles they’ve faced in their running careers, are virtual races worth doing, what are they doing to keep sane (during quarantine), and what is the strangest thing they’ve seen during the lockdown.
