Episode 192 The BibRave Podcast is here and with a very special guest! This week Tim and Jess chat with Olympic Marathoner, BYU professor, and father, Jared Ward

Before we dive into the episode, Tim and Jess also share details about a new BibRave initiative that has gathered over 80 partners across the industry to call on YOU - the runners - to reach out to new runners you know to provide advice, tips, and insight on how to keep running. Learn more about it here and follow #ReleasetheRunner to hear people’s stories!

Now, back into the main interview! Tim and Jess have a delightful conversation with Jared about a myriad topics. They discuss everything from his life under quarantine with his family, to adjusting his race and travel schedule for the rest of 2020. Jessica picks Jared’s brain on all things numbers-related, from analyzing COVID to pace strategy mid-Marathon. And overall, the trio discuss how to prioritize life, values, and goals.
