Tim and Jess are talking to Dr. Justin Jelen, a chiropractic physician based in Portland, OR who specializes in treating athletes this week on The BibRave Podcast! 

While there are an infinite number of injury-related and biomechanical questions for someone like Dr. Jelen, this conversation is pretty focussed on strength training and muscle gain. Specifically, Tim and Jess ask Dr. Jelen - should runners WANT to add muscle weight? It’s a very interesting and important topic that Dr. Jelen does a great job answering, providing loads of meaningful insight and actionable advice throughout the conversation.
