Dr. Sims does a wonderful job explaining the differences between sex hormones and how they impact performance, fueling, and recovery with age. By understanding our bodies’ natural aging process, we can better optimize our fuel, training, and recovery to hit our goals - whether they are centered around performance, body composition, or general health.
