They talk about how she got into the sport of ultra-running, her awesome win at Western States in 2014, and her parallel path to becoming a nutritionist. Stephanie discusses why striving for a B+ in training and nutrition is the best way to maintain your active lifestyle - something us Type A runners are very bad at. And we end with a conversation about cultivating a positive social media feed, mindfulness when eating, and spirit animals!
