This week’s episode is an awesome conversation between Tim, Jess, and Calum Neff - an incredible runner in his own right and one of the two pacers who ran Sara Hall to her victory at The Marathon Project

Calum talks with Tim and Jess about his experience in the lead-up to and on race day. They discuss the selection process to become a pacer, what his training looked like before race day, and how much experience he’s had running a 2:20-ish pace (which blew Tim and Jess away!). They also talk about Calum’s running background, including his multiple Guinness World Records for the fastest time pushing a stroller in a 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon (each record set with one of his three daughters!).
